• Please look at our size guide before ordering. Returning an item

• Our return policy lasts 14 days, starting from the date you have received your order according to package tracking.
  
• If you change your mind about the order and the package has already been sent from us, you must pick up the package from the pickup location and return it back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.
• Contact us before returning an item by sending us email at customercare@twerkempire.com (English) or asiakaspalvelu@twerkempire.com (Finnish). You can also send us a direct message on Instagram at @twerkempireofficial (English or Finnish).
  
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Items must be in the original packaging. You don't have to return any of the extras you have received with your order.
• Fishnet tights are considered as underwear. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of fishnet tights if the package is unopened. After opening the package or fitting / wearing the tights, the right of return has expired.
• You are responsible for the postage payments of the return shipment.
• Return costs are 6,90 € in Finland / 14,90 € in EU / 29,90 € Worldwide, and they are deducted from the amount returned to you.
• We will issue a refund for the cost of the returned item automatically. A refund is issued to the original payment method.
