Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the parcel tracking has indicated that the parcel has been delivered to you and you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused in the original packaging.
Fishnet tights are considered as underwear. For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of fishnet tights if the package seal is unopened. After opening the package or fitting / wearing the tights, the right of return has expired.
To complete the return, we require a receipt or a proof of purchase.
All customers are responsible for the postage payments of the return shipment. Return costs are 6,90 € (Finland), 14,90 € (EU) or 29,90 € (the rest of the world) and they are deducted from the amount returned to you.
If you change your mind about the order and the package has already been sent from us, you must pick up the package from the pickup location and return it back to us. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

To return your product, at first send us an email at customercare@twerkempire.com (English) or asiakaspalvelu@twerkempire.com (Finnish) and then send your item to: Twerk Empire Oy (c/o Miatre Oy) Nuolialantie 40, 33900 Tampere, Finland. You will be responsible for paying all the shipping costs for returning the item.
Exchanges
You can exchange the product you have purchased for the different item or size within 14 days of receiving your order, if we have the preferred item in stock. If the item you would like to have in exchange is out of stock, you can return your item and place a new order later, when we have restocked the preferred item. In that case, please read the conditions about returning an item mentioned above. In exchange situations, at first send us an email at customercare@twerkempire.com (English) or asiakaspalvelu@twerkempire.com (Finnish) and then send your item to: Twerk Empire Oy (c/o Miatre Oy) Nuolialantie 40, 33900 Tampere, Finland. All customers are responsible for postage payments in exchange situations. We will not refund the shipping costs of the return, but we are happy to cover the shipping costs of the product you'll get in exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
